RoundKeeper Documentation

RoundKeeper helps a meeting facilitator see who is currently present and manually mark who has completed the current round.

Inside Zoom

1. Start or join a Zoom meeting.
2. Open RoundKeeper from the Apps button inside the meeting window.
3. A host or co-host receives the full current-room participant list. Other roles can see their own display name and can add names manually.
4. Click Mark when a person completes the round. Click Undo to correct a mark.
5. Rename the current round at the top. Choose New round to clear marks.

In a normal browser

RoundKeeper opens immediately in manual mode. Choose Add participant or load sample participants. No Zoom connection is attempted unless the page was launched by Zoom or you press Connect to Zoom.

Privacy

Names and marks are not sent to Power of Listening servers. Closing or reloading the app clears them.

Troubleshooting

Open Settings → Connection details. Confirm the version is 1.0, the server Zoom context header is true when launched from Zoom, and the running context is inMeeting. Send the diagnostics—without participant names—to admin@poweroflistening.org.

Host lub co-host otwiera aplikację przez przycisk Apps w oknie trwającego spotkania. Kliknij Zaznacz, gdy osoba ukończy rundę, lub Cofnij, aby poprawić oznaczenie. Nazwę rundy można zmienić u góry. Przycisk Nowa runda zeruje oznaczenia. W zwykłej przeglądarce aplikacja działa od razu w trybie ręcznym.
