RoundKeeper Privacy Policy

RoundKeeper is provided by Power of Listening, Inc.
Data used during a meeting
When a host or co-host opens RoundKeeper inside Zoom, the Zoom Apps SDK may provide display names, meeting-specific participant identifiers, and meeting roles for people currently in the room. RoundKeeper uses this information only in the local app panel to maintain the current checklist.
What we do not collect
RoundKeeper does not record audio or video, create transcripts, access participant email addresses, access recordings, or send participant display names, participant identifiers, or checklist marks to Power of Listening servers.
Local device storage
The app stores only interface preferences such as language, sorting, and whether departed participants are shown. Participant names and round marks are kept in memory and are cleared when the page or Zoom app panel is closed or reloaded.

The About section links to poweroflistening.org and its donation page. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Donations occur outside RoundKeeper.

Nie przesyła tych danych ani oznaczeń rundy na serwery Power of Listening. Nie nagrywa dźwięku ani obrazu, nie tworzy transkrypcji i nie pobiera adresów e-mail ani nagrań. Lokalnie zapisywane są wyłącznie ustawienia interfejsu.
